Someone that knows what they are doing, rather someone following a step by step troubleshoot list, would be awesome. especially if I could get some better directions than a link back the troubleshoot list or a copy and paste troubleshoot list. I know this has been an issue with Mac users, but I haven't any good fixes for PC users. I have the latest iTunes and iCloud programs (I have reinstalled them each half a dozen times, down to removing every shred of data left behind and starting from scratch). In Windows 10, iCloud and iTunes always return a login error message: THERE WAS A PROBLEM CONNECTING WITH THE APPLE ID SERVER (2 months or so)
